A Spacious Vacation Home centrally located for all the fabulous activities Kona has to offer - snorkeling, kayaking, surfing, diving, hiking, shopping, dining and whale and dolphin watching, just to name a few.

The Lighthouse is ideal for family and group vacations. You are a block from White Sands Beach (also called Magic Sands Beach) and two miles from world class oceanside golfing.

Enjoy the private lap pool with waterfall in a lush tropical garden setting. This spacious and comfortable house (approx. 2400 square feet) offers washer/ dryer, two cable TV's, two VCR's, a large kitchen and living room and four lanai's (decks) each with ocean views.

Three bedrooms are located upstairs in the main part of the house. The fourth bedroom is downstairs, accessible through a separate entrance - it has a kitchenette with microwave and a bathroom with outdoor shower.

There is caretaker in an apartment separate from the main guest quarters. Caretaker is there to answer your questions and assist in case of emergencies but does not have access to the facilities.

Sleeping Arrangements: Master Bedroom with King Size Bed, Second Bedroom with Queen Size Bed, Third Bedroom with One Queen Bed and One Twin Bed, Downstairs Studio has a Double Bed and a Queen Bed.

Please add $250 one time cleaning fee to the total.
There is an 11.42% State tax on total rent plus cleaning fee.

There is a $250 refundable loss, damage and breakage fee which will be refunded within two weeks of your departure (less any deductions for loss, damage or breakage).

To secure your reservation we ask for the cleaning fee and the refundable loss, damage & breakage fee in advance; a total of $500 as a deposit. Please mail this check the day you confirm your dates with us. We will then hold your reservation for 5 days. If we don't receive the check by then we will phone you; so please make sure we have your phone number. Once we receive your deposit check your reservation is secure.

We require the remainder of the Grand Total (less the $500 deposit) thirty days prior to arrival. We will mark our calendar when the remainder is due and call you if we have not received it.
